Our Service

We are a friendly delivery subscription service of organic fruits and vegetables as well as natural groceries to homes and offices.   You choose a box type and decide how often you want to receive it.  Our organic produce boxes includes everyday cooking and snacking produce as well as fun seasonal specialty items you won’t find in other places. There are no commitments. Try us once or be a lifelong customer! You can cancel deliveries online or cancel your account by contacting us. We do hope you stick around. We will do whatever we can to make you happy!  

 
1.Sign up! Choose a box type and a delivery schedule. Click the "Sign Up" button. Enter your address to see if we deliver to your area. Choose one of our organic produce boxes to be delivered.  You can choose every week or every other week delivery, but you can skip orders online if that is too often. 

2. See what is in your Produce Box on Friday evening.  
We work with a close network of organic farmers and suppliers to find out what is the best quality organic produce each week available for harvest.  From that, we select an organic produce assortment for you that gives you the best variety and value.  We never know before Friday what will be in your box because we are literally reserving your produce for you while it is still growing in the ground.  That is fresh!!  If you have a delivery scheduled, we will email you the Friday evening before to remind you of your order and show you what exciting produce we have available for you.  If you want to add extra produce or groceries to your produce box or cancel your order, it needs to be done by Monday at 4am. 

3. Billing on Monday: Your payment method on file will be charged early on Monday morning.

4. Delivery Day! Fresh organic deliciousness will be delivered to your home or office on your set delivery day.  No matter how much you add to your order, your delivery fee is always only $2.95!  Your order will be delivered in an insulated liner with ice packs so there is no need for you to wait around for it.  You enjoy the wonderful taste of fresh organic healthy food all week long! It’s that easy, plus it’s good for you. It saves you trips to the store, supports hard-working organic farmers, small businesses and the soup kitchens we support each week.  

5. Happiness! We want everything we deliver to you to be absolutely wonderful. If you ever have any quality issues, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to fix it.

Essentials Organic Fruit and Veggie Box $39.95 
This is a value organic produce box of fruit and veggies for cooking and snacking. This box may work for singles or couples who only cook occasionally throughout the week, but want access to fresh organic produce.


Standard Organic Fruit and Veggie Box $45.95
Our most popular produce box.  This is similar to the smaller Essentials box, but it has additional produce and more premium and specialty organic produce. This may be a good fit for produce enthusiastic singles or couples or small families.

Your Delivery Schedule

No, you do not need to be home for delivery. We use FedEx for our delivery services. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. However, we can give you the tracking information if requested. Your order will be delivered to you in an insulated liner with ice packs so there is no need to wait around for it.   

No. Try us once, try us twice or become a lifelong customer. It is easy to place your deliveries on hold in your account.  If you need to cancel your account, please send an email to hello@lemonlimedelivery.com and we will take care of that right away.  

You can sign up for every week or every other week delivery.  If you need to skip deliveries, you can do that online.  

 

In your Lemon Lime Delivery account, you can skip deliveries and place your account on hold.  

You can skip deliveries by logging into your account and going to My Account and then Upcoming Deliveries.  There you will see the next six scheduled deliveries and you can skip any of them.  If you need to skip farther than six weeks out,  go to My Account and then Delivery Hold and you can enter any dates you want to skip or just email us at hello@lemonlimedelivery.com and we will be happy to help you with your skips.  

If you need to cancel your account, please email us at hello@lemonlimedelivery.com. Any schedule changes need to be made before Monday morning at 4am prior to a scheduled delivery.

 

Sorry, we only deliver to each city on a specified day each week.

   

You can skip orders months ahead of time online in your account.  However, the deadline for any order cancellations or order changes is Monday morning by 4am prior to a scheduled delivery. That is when we charge your method of payment on file and pay for your produce from the farms. 

Oh no! Don’t leave us! Did we do something wrong? If so, let us know and we will do whatever we can to fix it. If you just want to take a break, you can just login to your account, go to My Account and then Delivery Hold and skip deliveries for any length of time. Once the calendar reaches your listed return date, you account will start back up again.  

If you really want to cancel, I promise we won't hold you captive! Just let us know by email at hello@lemonlimedelivery.com and we will take care of that right away or just go to your reoccurring orders tab and remove your reoccurring order.

Your Order

Friday evening before delivery. At that time, you can also add extra produce or groceries to your order or cancel your order if needed.  Please make any changes by Monday at 4am before delivery. 

 

Yes, you can change it as often as you like.  
Log into your account and go to the reoccurring order tab.  Remove your current box type and hit save.  Now you can choose a different box type.

Each week we work with a network of organic farmers and suppliers and find out what is the best quality organic produce available for harvest.  We then create a selection of produce that gives our customers the best variety, value and quality based on what is in season. Our offerings change each week. If you see an item on your menu that you are allergic to or you cannot eat, please email us at hello@lemonlimedelivery.com by Monday at 4am and we will see what we can do to find something else for you that week.  

 

Visit our online Pantry!  There you can add groceries and extra produce to your produce box.  Extra items can be added once accounts open on Friday evenings and over the weekend. If there is an item you would like added automatically onto every produce order, you can also select that option as well.  We have exciting plans to greatly expand our shop items this year.  In addition to extra produce, we will soon have a greater selection of natural groceries, vegetarian proteins and meats for delivery to your doorstep.  There is no additional shipping fee when groceries are added onto your produce box!  

We like to keep things fun and fresh and we are looking to add new Pantry items all the time. Have a special item request? Send us an email and let us know.

Yes, if you have certain produce or groceries that you know you want delivered with each order you can set this up as a reoccurring order. Set this up when accounts are open by going to our online Pantry and finding the item you want. Select “Every Order when Available” below the item and follow the prompts. Need help? Email us at hello@lemonlimeorganics.com and we can set this up for you.

  

We strive to do our very best for you, however, we are human and occasionally we might miss seeing a damaged item or make a mistake. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please email us at hello@lemonlimedelivery within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and we will add a credit to your Lemon Lime Delivery account for it.

Occasionally, we need to makes produce swaps. Sometimes weather in the farm fields, harvest or quality issues makes a type of produce unavailable or of bad quality at the last minute. We will never deliver items to you that we wouldn’t want ourselves. When this occurs, we do our best to substitute items of like value or better value or we will give you a Lemon Lime Delivery account credit.  If we do need to make a substitution, we will send you an email letting you know about the sub. If you are unhappy with the substitution please let us know and we will do whatever we can.

Billing and Payments

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards.

 

No. Drivers cannot accept payment.  We run billing on Monday morning before your delivery.  

 

We charge your card early on the Monday morning before your scheduled delivery.

 

If we cannot get your charge to go through on Monday morning, we will send you an email. Please update your card as soon as possible on the website by clicking on “My Account” and then “Update Billing” so we can re-run the charge. All orders must be paid for by 10:00a.m. EST on Mondays. If the card does not go through by then, and we have not heard from you, we will have to cancel your order for that week.

 

Email us at hello@lemonlimedelivery and tell us what is going on. We’ll do whatever we can to work something out with you.

 

You can change your address, email address or phone number by clicking on ‘My Account’, then ‘Personal Info’.  

If you need to change your shipping address for this week's order and we have already billed your account, please also email us by Monday evening so we can make sure your order goes to the correct address.  

 

Referrals! Get paid for telling people about Lemon Lime Delivery

Tell your friends and family about Lemon Lime Delivery. During sign up, they will be asked, “How Did You Hear About Us?” If they give us your name, we’ll give you $10 for each person who becomes a customer after their second delivery. We’ll give you a $10 account credit after the person you referred pays for their second delivery.  Referrals for new customers are unlimited! 

 

Packaging

Our packaging can be reused or recycled.  
The delivery box can be recycled.
The metallic insulated liners can be reused or mailed back to us.  If you mail the insulated liners back to us and they are in good condition, we will reuse them for your future orders AND issue you a Lemon Lime Delivery account credit of $2 per liner.  Feel free to save your metallic liners up and mail us back a full box of them.  Account credits are good toward any future Lemon Lime Delivery purchase. 
The ice packs can be reused or drained and then recycled. You can keep the ice packs in your freezer for coolers (camping, tailgating, etc.) or donate the ice packs to places like Meals on Wheels, food pantries etc.   We buy our icepacks from Nordic Ice.  They have advised us that if you do not wish to reuse or donate the ice packs, then it is safe to drain them in your trash and then recycle the #4 plastic.  

 

 

About Lemon Lime Delivery and Our Produce

We regularly make organic produce donations to soup kitchens, homeless shelters and community organizations.  A major recipient of our organic produce donations is Hope House whose main mission is to end homelessness and create healthy communities. 

Yes. All of our produce is USDA certified organic and GMO free.

All of our produce is USDA certified organic and GMO free.  Each week we work with a network of regional organic farmers and suppliers and find out what is the best quality organic produce available for harvest.  We select produce that we feel gives our customers the best variety and the best value based on what is in season.  Most of our produce is from the United States except in cases where those products (for example bananas) are not available organically here from USDA certified farms.  On the occasions that we need to source a product from outside of the country, it always comes from a farm certified by a USDA acredited agency and it is required to meet USDA organic standards. This means that it was produced without the use of toxic synthetic pesticides, artificial fertilizers, sewage sludge, genetically modified organisms, or irradiation.   

Lemon Lime Delivery is a premium organic produce and grocery delivery service. We support organic farmers and believe that produce should be grown without chemical pesticides as nature intended because it is better for our environment and us. Our mission is to make access to fresh organic produce and groceries easier for all. We are a small family run business who truly cares about our customers and the community.  

Meet The Owners:

Hello! We are Brandon, Amanda and Christine. Christine is your friendly customer service lady and our resident foodie. She is the one who responds to your emails.  She loves to talk about recipes and organic produce so if you ever have any questions, send them her way.  Brandon is our numbers guy and our social media guru. Amanda is our produce lady and organic farm expert. As parents of young children, all three of us have spent way too much time reading and re-reading labels trying to figure out what food we should buy. It shouldn’t be that complicated. We want to get back to basics: food grown without synthetic chemical pesticides and food produced without added ingredients we can’t pronounce. All three of us strongly believe in organic, natural and humanely produced foods.
